چکیده
The improvement of fish immunity is a critical factor in successful aquaculture. In recent years, the use garlic (Allium sativum) as an immunostimulant has attracted researchers and farmers' interest enhancing fish's health disease resistance. This abstract discusses overview Garlic widely known for its antimicrobial, antioxidant, properties. Several studies have evaluated effects supplementation on various species cultured fish. results shown that administration feed can enhance immune responses, such increased enzyme activity antibody production. Furthermore, active components garlic, allicin diallyl sulfide, been proven effective against pathogens bacteria, viruses, parasites. However, aquaculture still requires further research. Factors appropriate dosage, interactions with farming conditions, deeper understanding underlying mechanisms must be considered. To optimise research required to explore optimal dosages, environmental factors, better responses. conclusion, shows promising potential. oral extract through capable preventing infections by Aeromonas sp. hydrophila Tawes, Catfish, Dumbo catfish, Nile tilapia, while also non-specific immunity, total hematocrit, haemoglobin, erythrocytes, phagocytic activity.
